Some of the hardest parts of asking for help is not knowing where to go, who to ask and or who might be the right fit for you. 

We are hoping to get information about mental health therapists in the area and outside of the area who offers telehealth in hopes that it may help to close that gap and hopefully it will make it easier for most to find someone who might be a good fit.
